Michael Schroeder

Michael Schroeder is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and commercial lending. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Shareholder at Taureau Group, LLC since April 2015, Michael leads client projects by preparing offering documents, conducting financial analyses and valuations, implementing marketing strategies, and negotiating deal terms. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Associate at Schenck M&A Solutions and held the position of Portfolio Manager - Vice President at Associated Bank, where responsibilities included managing a complex commercial lending portfolio and analyzing loan requests. Michael holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
