Jesse Neilson

Jesse Neilson is an accomplished professional in the civil and environmental engineering field, currently serving as Principal at SKS Development and Taurus Biogas since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Jesse held the position of West Geographic Leader - Industrial Water at Brown and Caldwell from November 2017 to November 2021 and was the Principal/Owner of J4 Engineering Group, which was acquired by Brown and Caldwell in November 2017. Previous experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at Keller Associates, Inc. from 2006 to 2013 and research at the Utah Water Research Laboratory from 2003 to 2006. Jesse earned both a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University between 2000 and 2006.
