Ben Raps is a seasoned executive in the field of commercial real estate, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Principal at Taurus Commercial Real Estate Services Ltd. since September 2018. In this role, Ben is dedicated to innovating property management through a model that enhances client service and accountability among property managers. Prior to this position, Ben worked as an Efficiency Engineer and Mining Engineering EIT at Conuma Coal Resources from January 2017 to July 2018, and as a member of the Strategic Mining Engineering team at Teck Resources Limited from January 2015 to August 2017, focusing on long-term strategic planning. Ben holds a degree in Trading Services & Property Management from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
