Francois Aegerter

Francois Aegerter has been working in the finance and risk management industry since 2002. Francois began their career as an External Auditor at PwC Switzerland, where they worked until 2010. During this time, they also held the role of Manager in Banking & Capital Market at PwC. In 2011, they returned to PwC Switzerland as a Senior Manager. In 2014, they joined the SYZ Group as Chief of Staff in the CEO office and Head of Finance. In 2019, they were appointed Director at Julhiet Sterwen Switzerland, and in 2021 they became the Head of Finance & Risks at Taurus SA.

Francois Aegerter's education history includes attending College Champittet from 1996 to 1998, HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne from 1998 to 2002, and the Academie Suisse d'Expertise Comptable from 2002 to 2006, where they earned an Expert-réviseur agréé in Accounting and Finance. Francois also has additional certifications, such as a Swiss Chartered Public Accountant from Autorité fédérale de surveillance en matière de révision ASR in November 2007, an Accreditation as responsible auditor for banks and securities dealers from Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA in 2012, Leading Positive Change through Appreciative Inquiry from Coursera in June 2020, and Cryptocurrency and Disruption from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in February 2021.
