Lamine Brahimi, CFA has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lamine began their career in 2002 as a Consultant at Novell. In 2005, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they worked on large scale projects in the financial services, global energy and materials industries as well as government. In 2008, they were a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. In 2011, they joined Lombard Odier Group as Chief Digital Officer, Deputy-COO, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Chief of Staff, Senior Partner. Lamine was responsible for the overall digital strategy definition and implementation, and was also a member of the Group Senior Management (top 100). In 2016, they joined SwissBanking - Schweizerische Bankiervereinigung as a member of the Fintech Experts Group and was later elected to represent the Swiss private banks. Lamine was also a Member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Fintech Innovations, where they co-founded the company and worked to make Switzerland a leading Fintech center. In 2018, they became Managing Partner and co-founder of Taurus SA, building the first truly regulated digital assets marketplace globally. Lamine also became a Non Executive Board Member of Instimatch Global AG in 2018 and an Investor in growth-stage (series C+) Swiss and US tech companies in 2019. In 2020, they were appointed a Non Executive Board Member at Alpian.

Lamine Brahimi, CFA obtained their MBA from INSEAD in 2008, specializing in Strategy, Finance, and Private Equity. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained their CFA charterholder degree in Accounting and Finance. Lamine also completed a Master Thesis with IBM Research Zürich in the Computer Sciences Department. Lastly, they obtained an Msc. in Communication Systems engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne).
