Jeff MacLellan has been in the technology industry since 1998. Jeff started their career at Centra Software as a QA Engineer, then moved up to QA Manager, and eventually became Engineering Escalation Manager. In 2005, they joined EMC as a Senior Technical Consultant and then moved to Imprivata, where they held the roles of Director of Worldwide Support and Director of Worldwide Services. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Trusteer (IBM Security) as a Northeast Client Executive - Financial Services, Senior Director Customer Success and Technical Sales, and Senior Director of Worldwide Customer Success. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Customer Service at Tausight.

Jeff MacLellan attended the University of Vermont from 1990 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, French, and Biology.
