Ellen Dulberger

Ellen Dulberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as a Board Member for the Town of Carmel, NY Board of Assessment Review since January 2017 and for USAlliance Federal Credit Union since 2006. In addition, Ellen Dulberger contributes to Hudson Link for Higher Education in Prison and is involved with the CUNY Grad Center Alumni Professional Development Committee, both since 2014 and 2010 respectively. As a consultant at Ellen Dulberger Enterprises since 2012, Ellen Dulberger leverages a robust background in enterprise risk management and business strategy gained during a long tenure at IBM, where positions included VP of Enterprise Risk Management and Business Strategist from 1974 to 2012. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics from The Graduate Center of CUNY and a B.A. in Economics from Queens College, CUNY.
