Bregt Huizenga

Bregt Huizenga is a senior project leader specializing in climate adaptation and urban water management at Tauw Nederland since May 2008. Huizenga previously worked as a project coordinator for the Province of Flevoland and as a graduate intern at the Royal Netherlands Navy, contributing to water engineering and management projects. An MSc graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Twente, with a focus on water management, geostatistics, and geomorphology, Huizenga also completed a research internship at the Westerveld conservation trust, investigating small water retaining structures in Eastern Kenya. Further education includes specialized training from Stichting Wateropleidingen and ESRI Nederland.
