Davy Aalders is an experienced civil engineer specializing in the design of civil and hydraulic structures, including wastewater treatment plants, polder and sewer pumping stations, and dike improvements. Currently serving as Hoofdontwerper at Tauw Nederland since October 2021, Davy Aalders has previously held roles as Ontwerper/Modelleur at Nepocon ingenieurs & adviseurs from April 2019 to October 2021 and as Ontwerper at Tauw from January 2002 to April 2019. Davy Aalders holds a degree in Middenkader Functionaris Civiel Techniek Grond-Weg en Waterbouw, obtained between 1996 and 2002, with expertise in the development of preliminary to detailed designs, 3D modeling, and RAW specifications.
