Ilona van der Kroef

Ilona van der Kroef is a professional with extensive experience in hazardous waste and contaminated site management, currently serving as a Consultant at TAUW Nederland since July 2018. Prior roles include positions as Assistant Manager at Van der Kroef Ontruimingen and Research Intern at the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research, where the focus was on digital mapping of buried soil horizons. Ilona has a solid educational background, holding a Master of Science in Soil Geography and Landscape from Wageningen University & Research and has completed further studies in Geography at Kansas State University. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science was obtained from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by coursework in Soil Geography and Environmental Sciences at Massey University and early education in Molecular Biology at Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
