Koort Verveld

Koort Verveld is an accomplished water management consultant at Tauw Nederland since April 2016, where responsibilities include authoring advice on topics such as water management financing and water quality. Verveld has been involved in various detachments, offering project support at Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden, Waterschap Rijn en IJssel, Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe, and Waterschap Noorderzijlvest, focusing on spatial planning and water permit applications. Additionally, Verveld contributes to the family-owned beef cattle farm, Maatschap 't Derkink, since 2017. Verveld holds a Master of Science in irrigation and water management and a Bachelor of Science in International land and water management, both from Wageningen University & Research. Prior experiences include research internships at Hydrorock International bv and Waterschap Rijn en IJssel.
