Mustafa Sencan

Mustafa Sencan is an experienced operations manager currently employed at TAV Operation Services since 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of specialists, implementing operational excellence in lounge operations, and identifying improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Prior to this role, Mustafa Sencan worked at Turkish Airlines from 2010 to 2021, serving as the manager of CIP Lounge Agreements, overseeing contract management for 250 lounges worldwide, and preparing a substantial annual budget. Key projects led include the openings of several Turkish Airlines lounges in Miami, Bangkok, Washington DC, and Nairobi, as well as managing significant lounges at Istanbul's new airport.
