Ufuk Mahir

Ufuk Mahir has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ufuk currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at TAV Operation Services since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Şişecam from November 2017 to September 2023. Ufuk also served as the HR Director at Sandoz Turkey from 2013 to 2017, HR Director at Arzum from 2010 to 2013, and HR - C&B Manager at PepsiCo International - Frito Lay Turkey from 2007 to 2010. Ufuk Mahir's earlier roles include HR Manager at ABB from 2004 to 2007 and HR Specialist at Bayındır Holding - Bayındır Life Insurance Co. from 2000 to 2003.

Ufuk Mahir began their education at Tekirdağ Anadolu Lisesi in 1988 and completed their studies there in 1995. In 1995, they enrolled at Istanbul University and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Political Science Faculty, specializing in International Relations. Later in 1999, Ufuk pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Istanbul University, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, Ufuk Mahir spent a brief period in 1998 studying English Language and Literature at Newnham College in Cambridge, UK, albeit without obtaining a specific degree.
