Debarchana Roy is the Director of Sales at Tavant. Debarchana has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, with a focus on business development, innovation, and customer experience.

Debarchana began their career at Wells Fargo in July 2018 as the Vice President of Business Initiatives & New Strategies. In this role, they were responsible for leading revenue generation efforts, developing forecasting and pipeline strategies, and overseeing quarterly shareholder reports. Debarchana also built and managed a business development team to improve customer relationships and satisfaction.
