Federico Otero

Federico Otero is a legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and corporate law. Currently a partner at TAVARONE, ROVELLI, SALIM & MIANI - Abogados since January 2016, Federico previously served as a senior associate at Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi from December 2007 to December 2015, where advisement focused on structuring acquisitions and equity investments in Argentina. Federico’s international experience includes a role as a foreign associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, handling syndicated lending and refinancing transactions, as well as participation in joint ventures and private equity transactions at Souza, Cescon Avedissian, Barrieu e Flesch Advogados. Federico holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a postgraduate course in Finance at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
