Moran Harari

Moran Harari is a seasoned professional in tax law and policy, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Policy at Tax Justice Network since September 2022. In addition, Moran is the Founder and Director of Tax Justice Network Israel (TJN IL) since July 2013, overseeing research and advocacy focused on tax justice issues in Israel. Previously, Moran held various roles at Tax Justice Network, including Lead Researcher and Interim Director of Financial Secrecy and Governance, where the work involved analyzing tax havens and their legal frameworks. With experience in corporate governance consulting and tax law, Moran has contributed significantly to projects aiming to promote financial transparency and human rights. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in International Human Rights Law from UCL and an LL.B in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
