Upamanyu Das

Upamanyu Das currently serves as the Design Practice Lead at TMNZ since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the product vision and redesigning the customer experience for various products within a purpose-driven business. Previously, Upamanyu held the position of Product Design Lead, successfully designing and launching the RDTI In-year payments portal to support R&D businesses in New Zealand. From February 2017 to January 2022, Upamanyu was the Head of Design at BookMyShow, overseeing a multidisciplinary team responsible for core applications and ancillary services. Additional experience includes roles as Design Lead at Cleartrip, Design Specialist at Lopez Design Pvt Ltd, Designer at Gleecus TechLabs, and Graphic Design Intern at The Minimalist. Upamanyu’s educational background includes a Master of Science Communication from the University of Otago, a Master’s in New Media Design from the National Institute of Design, and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from FDDI, among other certifications.
