As the Entrepreneur In Residence at Austin College, Tom founded the Product Lab and transformed fundraising strategies, achieving notable growth. Early career experience includes managerial roles at Accenture, focusing on strategic operations and capability assessments across various industries. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Business Administration, and Math from Austin College and a Master of Arts in Interaction Design from the University of North Texas.
