Sudip Ghosh has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Sudip started their career as a Payroll Administrator at MPS Group in 2005. From there, they moved on to work as a Tax Consultant at Dawnay Day in 2007. In 2008, Sudip joined Tax Systems as a Solutions Consultant, where they worked until 2011 and was then promoted to Lead Solutions Consultant. Sudip held this role until 2017 when they transitioned into the position of Customer Solutions & Success Manager. Most recently, Sudip has been serving as the Head of Customer Success at Tax Systems since April 2020.

Sudip Ghosh obtained a MEng degree in Aeronautical Engineering from City, University of London, from 1999 to 2003. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued tax law/taxation and completed the ATT degree from The Chartered Institute of Taxation. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including an Artificial Intelligence Certificate, Big Data Certificate, Data Science Certificate, MTA: Database Fundamentals - Certified 2018, Customer Advocacy, Customer Retention, and Using Customer Surveys to Improve Service, all from reputable institutions such as Microsoft and LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2019.
