Willa Kalaidjian has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2004, they started their career as a High School Math Teacher at the NYC Department of Education, where they worked until 2007. Willa then transitioned to the legal field and joined the law firm Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. in 2010. During their time there, they served as an Associate Attorney until 2018 and later became a Shareholder and Chair of the Business Section until 2022. In 2022, they joined Drake Software as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, and in 2023, they moved to TaxAct in the same position. Throughout their career, Willa has gained expertise in advising clients on commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Willa Kalaidjian obtained a High School Diploma from Paideia School in 2000. Willa then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts at Columbia College, Columbia University from 2000 to 2004. During their undergraduate studies, they also studied Fine Art and Art History at UCL in 2002 and 2003. Following their undergraduate degree, they completed a Master of Science degree in Secondary Education, specializing in Mathematics, at Pace University from 2004 to 2006. Finally, they attended Emory University School of Law from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
