As General Manаger at Taxback, Niki is responsible for many aspects of Taxback performance – with a particular emphasis given to exploring opportunities and developing new services for the ever-expanding portfolio.

Having joined Taxback more than 20 years ago, Niki has worked at all levels of the business including Customer Service Representative, Team Leader and Senior Sales Manager.

Together with Team Leaders, Niki works to create a positive and supportive environment where all employees feel valued and motivated.
