RC Joanne Dakay is a professional with diverse experience in customer success, project coordination, and quality assurance. Currently serving in a customer success role at TaxDome since November 2021, RC previously worked as a project coordinator at WICKED from April 2018 to July 2021. RC held multiple roles at AL LAITH SCAFFOLDING LLC, including Hire Desk Controller/Administrator in the Plant and Tool Division and Stand-In Project Coordinator for the Events Division, from November 2014 to April 2018. Prior experience includes positions as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Service Representative at Qualfon from January 2010 to October 2014, as well as a Technical Support Representative at Sykes Enterprises from November 2008 to November 2009.
