Andre Kowalewski

Andre Kowalewski has worked in the software engineering field since 2018. Andre began their career at Taxdoo as a Java Software Engineer, where they integrated 3rd party services via SOAP, RESTful and GraphQL, as well as developed an internal service setting up the GraphQL API server sided. In 2018, they were promoted to Engineering Manager (Senior Software Engineer) at Taxdoo, where their focus shifted from individual contribution to interviewing, onboarding and pair programming with others. Andre also continued to do programming himself as much as possible. Prior to Taxdoo, Andre worked as a Working Student - Payment and Bookkeeping Testing at JET Tankstellen Deutschland GmbH from 2016.

Andre Kowalewski received their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Mediainformatics from the University of Bremen in 2016. Andre then went on to receive their Master of Arts - MA in Game and Interactive Media Design from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in 2018.
