Ira Wrzesinsky

Ira Wrzesinsky has over 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist at headwaypersonal gmbh (Geschäftsbereich Engineering/ IT). From 2011 to 2013, they were an HR Manager at Innogames GmbH, where they were responsible for recruiting software developers, QA staff, artists, and game designers, as well as various HR marketing tasks. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Manager Human Resources at Proximity Technology GmbH. Since 2020, they have been working at Taxdoo in two roles: Talent Development Expert and Senior Talent Development Associate.

Ira Wrzesinsky began their education in 2021 at the Institut für systemisches Coaching der dr.alexander et kreutzer GbR (DCV-zertifiziert), where they are currently pursuing a degree in Systemische Coach und Prozessbegleiterin. From 2005 to 2011, they attended the Europa-Universität Flensburg, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Pädagogin (Erwachsenenbildung/ Weiterbildung).
