Jan's career includes a tenure at Zalando SE, where as Director of Engineering, Jan led the development of the Product and Category Experience, successfully establishing departments and delivering innovative solutions during challenging times. Jan's experience extends to idealo internet GmbH and Capgemini, showcasing a strong background in technology leadership and engineering management, underpinned by a Diplom-Informatiker degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
