Katharina Koetter has a diverse work experience. Katharina began in 2010 as an Intern in Incentive & Event Management for Ambiance Incentives. In 2011, they worked as an Intern for NETVACATION GmbH | DREAMLINES.de, where they were responsible for updating websites, extending product offers, working with content management systems, preparing individual offers and quotations for customers, customer service, complaint management, and scripting for in-house media production. In 2012, they worked as a Promotion & Events freelancer and as a Social Media Marketer for Café Oscars. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at DREAMLINES as a Team Lead Sales, Senior Sales Expert, and Sales Agent. In 2019, they took a parental leave. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Support Associate and Customer Support Associate at Taxdoo.

Katharina Koetter completed a Master of Arts (MA) in International Tourism Management from the University of Greenwich in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Tourism Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences between 2008 and 2011. During this time, they also completed an Exchange Semester in International Tourism Management from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2009 and 2010. Katharina also obtained a TOEFL in English Language from Manhattanville College in 2007-2008. Additionally, Katharina Koetter holds a Certificate of Achievement - GET Mentoring Scheme Mentee (Barclays) from the Guidance & Employability Team (GET), University of Greenwich, Business School, which they obtained in December 2012. Katharina was also awarded the Best Postgraduate Student of the Year 2013 by the Association for Tourism in Higher Education UK.
