Manuel Stemmer has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Manuel began their career as a Callcenter Agent at seka-team telefonmarketing in 2004. In 2005, they moved to HSV, where they held the roles of Leiter Servicecenter and Mitarbeiter Ticketing. In 2011, they joined Tchibo, where they were Leiter Operations Experts, Leiter Operations Serviceprozesse, and Leiter Contact Center. In 2017, they were Head of Customer Service at CHANNEL21 GmbH. Since 2020, they have been Head of Customer Support and Success, Senior Manager Customer Support & Success, and Customer Support Manager at Taxdoo.
Manuel Stemmer began their educational journey in 1999 when they attended Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik, where they obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in Tourism Management in 2003. In 2001, they attended Universitat de les Illes Balears for one year, but did not obtain a degree. In 2020, they began attending ILS Institut für Lernsysteme, where they are currently working towards a Geprüfter Entwickler in Computer-Softwaretechnik, which they are expected to obtain in 2022. Manuel also holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) certification.
