Ryno Jacobs

Ryno Jacobs has worked in the tech industry since 2009. Their first role was as a C# Developer at Vodacom, which they held from 2009 to 2010. Ryno then moved to FNB, where they were a Java Developer from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Investec as a Java Developer, and in 2016 they moved to FNB South Africa as a Software Architect. In 2017, they joined OLX Group as a Java Developer, and in 2018 they were promoted to Senior Engineer. In 2020, they moved to idealo internet GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer, and they currently hold the same role at Taxdoo.

Ryno Jacobs completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Computer Science at the University of Johannesburg from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit from 2006 to 2008.
