In 2020, Alice founded TaxDrop, a startup public accounting firm specializing in GAAP Financial Statement Reviews and Audits for startups raising equity crowdfunding. Since 2019, TaxDrop has helped over 300+ startups.
Alice Cheng has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from Rutgers University. In October 2016, they obtained their CPA certification from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
