Pablo Rubio Balducci

Pablo Rubio Balducci has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pablo started their career as a Logistic Coordinator at Decathlon España in 2012, where they coordinated product distribution and performed quality control checks. Pablo then worked as a EU Product Compliance Specialist in the Hazardous Material team at Amazon, reviewing and classifying dangerous goods and communicating flagged references to warehouse and transportation managers. As a Coordinator in the Green Economies Program (Intern) at Amazónicos por la Amazonía (AMPA), Pablo coordinated the fishing production chain and organized workshops for native fishermen. Pablo also supported and updated the fisheries management program.

Pablo joined the Wildlife Conservation Society in 2014 as a Project-based Communications Consultant, where they developed a website, coordinated project presentations, and assessed potentially affected areas. Pablo then worked as an Event Coordinator at Negrini SL, organizing food events, managing logistics, and providing sales and customer support.

In 2016, Pablo became a Logistic Coordinator at Accente Services (Frankfurt Messe), and in 2019, they transitioned to becoming a Project Assistant and Communications role at Resourcefully, where they supported the coordination of European projects related to energy transition and assessed technical aspects of energy optimization and CO2 emissions.

Pablo's experience expanded in 2020 when they became a Project Coordinator at Coastal & Marine Union - EUCC. In this role, they facilitated communication between partners, monitored work packages and milestones, and reported on project progress and outcomes. In 2021, they joined Brompton Bicycle as a Customer Service and Sales - Assistant Manager, responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, motivating the sales team, and developing business strategies.

Most recently, Pablo started working at Taxi Butler in 2022 as a Logistics Manager. Their responsibilities include supervising logistics, transportation, returns, and customer services, managing equipment inventory, and researching shipping solutions and carriers.

Pablo Rubio Balducci attended the University of Amsterdam from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Earth Sciences and Environmental Management with a focus on Earth Sciences. Prior to that, they studied at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2007 to 2012, obtaining a degree in Social Sciences. Additionally, during their time at the same university, they also completed a degree in Geography, with a specific focus on the field of study.
