Tom Reilly

Tom Reilly has had an extensive career in customer service and media production. Tom began their career in 1999 as an Executive Producer for CBS Radio, where they wrote, edited and produced a morning sports radio show. In 2009, they took on multiple roles at Wells Fargo, including Level 5 Support Research, Risk, and Operations, E-mail Escalation Customer Service Representative, and Phone Banking and Customer Service Representative. Tom also held a Producer and On-air Talent role at ISP Sports, where they edited and produced college game broadcasts while serving as on-air talent for Kent State. From 2015 to 2018, Tom worked at Enterprise Holdings as an Escalations Support, where they handled complex customer issues and provided assistance to the reservations department during times of heavy call volume. Tom then moved to TaxJar, where they held roles as an ACES AutoFile Manager, Senior AutoFile Specialist, and Filing Specialist.

Tom Reilly attended Syracuse University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Broadcast Journalism.
