Edward Arias

Edward Arias, MBA has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Edward currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at TaxRise, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Prior to this role, Edward served as the Chief People Officer at TaxRise, leading all aspects of the employee experience and journey, including recruitment, talent management, and retention. Before joining TaxRise, Edward worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Brenntag Group, where they directed people operations functions and supported a workforce across the Western United States. Edward also served as a Human Resources Manager at CalPortland Company and a Human Resources Generalist at Arrowhead Products, where they managed employee programs and recruitment. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Sr. Human Resources Representative at DRI Companies and a Human Resources Administrator at Bally Total Fitness. Edward brings a strong background in human resources and a strategic approach to their leadership roles.
