Bob Ddamulira

Vice President Technology at TAYLOR Adhesives

Bob Ddamulira has a strong background in technology and research and development. Bob is currently the Vice President of Technology at Meridian Adhesives Group since September 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at W.F. Taylor, including Vice President of Technology, Vice President of R&D and Operations, Vice President of R&D, Technical Director, and Senior Research Chemist, spanning from 1996 to 2016. Bob also worked as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga starting from August 2014. Before joining W.F. Taylor, Bob worked at Chembond Ltd, where they served as Lab Manager, Plant Manager, and Development Chemist. Bob began their career as a Lab Technician at LePage Ltd in 1983.

Bob Ddamulira has a diverse education history. Bob obtained a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry/Geology from Makerere University in the years 1979 to 1982. Prior to that, they earned an A Level School Certificate from Makerere College School in 1977 to 1978. Bob also briefly studied at the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College from 1986 to 1987, focusing on Chemistry. Later, in 1989 to 1990, they attended The University of Akron, studying Rubber Chemistry. More recently, they pursued an MBA degree in International Business at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2010 to 2011.
