John Osgathorpe serves as the president and managing partner at Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd, where a focus is placed on business litigation and complex torts, safeguarding the interests of various stakeholders. Formerly a member of the Board of Directors for ALFA International from 2016 to 2019, John contributed as Seminar Chair in 2022 and held several roles within the Business Litigation and Complex Torts Practice Groups. Previous legal experience includes positions at Akerman Senterfitt & Eidson, Cole Stone Stoudemire Morgan & Dore, and McConnaughhay Duffy Coonrood Pope & Weaver, with early career roles in sales and hardware engineering. John holds a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University Indianapolis, alongside additional studies in comparative law at international institutions.
