Vanessa Cobian

Vanessa Cobian, MS, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Taylor Farms since July 2018. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of HR/Payroll Manager at Volunteers of America - Laurel Manor Care Center from June 2015 to July 2018 and worked as an HR/Payroll Administrator at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank from February 2010 to October 2014. Vanessa obtained a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University in May 2022, as well as a Master of Science in Management and Leadership in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the same institution.
