Dimiter Pantaleev

Dimiter Pantaleev has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Dimiter currently holds the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at LAUNCHub Ventures, where they provide advisory services to portfolio companies. At Taylor & Hart, they serve as the Chief Operations Officer.

Prior to these positions, Dimiter worked at Kindred Group PLC, where they held several roles including Director Customer Marketing, Head of Relationship Marketing, and Head of CRM Strategy. In these roles, they were responsible for customer interaction, CRM, marketing content, key account management, and events across all markets and brands. Dimiter led a team of 400+ employees and implemented a strategic transformation to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Dimiter also drove the expansion of Unibet's customer communication strategy, doubling the number of marketing campaigns while increasing relevance.

Dimiter also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Taylor & Hart and worked as a Country Manager at Unibet. Dimiter started their career as a Credit Risk Analyst at UniCredit Bulbank.

Dimiter Pantaleev completed their Masters in Marketing at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, and Finance at Università Bocconi from 2004 to 2007. In 2006, they also attended the University of Mannheim for further studies in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
