Dylan Zidi has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dylan currently works at Taylor Hopkinson as the Head of Contracts for APAC. In this role, they provide tailored manpower and outsourced solutions to drive the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Prior to their current position, Dylan worked at Spencer Ogden as the Head of Power & Renewable Energy Contracts for Asia. Dylan also served as a Senior Consultant in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution for Asia in the same company.

Before joining Spencer Ogden, Dylan was a Senior Consultant in Change & Project Management at Oliver James, where they focused on the BeNeLux & France region.

Dylan also has experience in the nuclear energy sector. Dylan worked as a Senior Consultant in Nuclear Energy for EMEA at Thomas Thor Associates. Additionally, they served as a Delivery Consultant in Nuclear Energy for the same company.

Earlier in their career, Dylan worked at Velocity Software, Inc as part of the Global IBM Events & Sales Support team. Dylan also gained experience at Walt Disney World as a Sales Representative in EPCOT and at Full Sail University as an Ah-hocs team member in Event Coordination/Staff.

Throughout their career, Dylan has developed a diverse skill set and a strong background in contracts, project management, and sales.

Dylan Zidi began their education in 2005 with a summer program at The Juilliard School in New York City. In 2006, they enrolled in the International Foundation Program at the University of Southampton, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Dylan then attended Berkeley College from 2007 to 2010, obtaining their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business with a high distinction of MAGNA CUM LAUDE. Dylan continued their education at the University of Buenos Aires in 2010-2011, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. In 2011-2012, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management at Full Sail University, graduating as the SALUTATORIAN.

In terms of additional certifications, Dylan obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries from the Ministry of Manpower in January 2018 and achieved a Principles of Management and Leadership - Level 3 certification from the Chartered Management Institute in January 2023.
