Taylor Made Dreams is a registered charity based in the South East of England who enable children with life limiting illnesses to achieve their bucket lists dreams when time is all too short. The charity also sources and financially supports holistic therapy and counselling services to support families on their difficult journey. Other services include medical travel grants, medical sheepskin fleeces, family portrait experiences and gift silver dragonfly pendant keepsakes for the families.
