Dave Nead

Dave Nead has extensive experience in production management and maintenance across multiple companies. Currently serving as Building Maintenance at Oregon Spirit Distillers since October 2020, Dave also holds the position of Production Manager at Relay Resources since July 2019 and Maintenance and Service Technician at Taylor Made Labels since November 2017. Previous experience includes working as a Colorsetter at RR Donnelley, where responsibilities included maintaining color settings on printing presses and chairing the Safety Committee, and as a Supervisor at Graphic Packaging International and International Paper, focusing on quality control and equipment maintenance while providing employee coaching. Dave's early career involved serving as Plant Supervisor at InterCo Print, managing workflow and ensuring high-quality production standards for 26 employees.
