Kathleen Mecca

Kathleen Mecca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Serving as the General Manager and previously as the Human Resources Manager at TAYLOR METALWORKS, INC. since September 1999, Kathleen has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Flexovit Abrasives USA, Inc. from July 1987 to September 1999. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from Canisius University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from St. Bonaventure University.
