Janice Miley

Janice Miley is a seasoned professional in land development and purchasing coordination, currently serving as a Land Development Coordinator for the Phoenix Build to Rent division at Taylor Morrison since February 2023. Previously, Janice held similar roles at Meritage Homes from October 2017 to January 2023, managing land development for multiple active communities, and supporting various functions including vendor contracts and budget management.
