Lance Powlison

Lance Powlison, PMP, is a seasoned land development professional currently serving as the Land Development Director at Taylor Morrison since March 2021, achieving the highest national safety audit score in 2024 and generating average savings of $779,000 annually through value engineering. Previously, Lance held roles including Mixed-Use Land Development Project Manager at Newland, where leadership led to the largest planned unit development in Oregon, and Council Member for the NW Oregon Resource Advisory Council, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of the Interior. Additional experience includes managing the City of Oregon City's Right of Way Program, overseeing civil construction at Canby Development, and developing residential lots at Kimball Hill Homes.
