Steve Hahn

Steve Hahn has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. Steve started their career at Gannett Fleming as a Project Engineer, managing the design of large-scale communities. Steve then moved on to Toll Brothers, where they served as a Project Manager and Land Development Manager, overseeing the construction of single-family homes and managing the profit and loss responsibility for a golf course community.

Following their time at Toll Brothers, Hahn joined Lansdowne Development Group as the Director of Land, where they successfully managed the development of a large residential and commercial community, handling entitlements and directing acquisition and rezoning teams. Steve later worked at Van Metre Homes as the Vice President of Land, responsible for managing land development operations.

Hahn then became the owner of Trilogy Group LLC before joining Meritage Homes in various leadership positions. Steve served as the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development, where they built and managed a team for acquiring and developing lots. Steve was also the Division President, where they reengineered an underperforming division, achieved sales and customer satisfaction goals, and reduced costs. Hahn also held the role of Vice President of Land Development, where they managed the development team's performance.

Currently, Hahn is working at Taylor Morrison as the SVP Land, leading the operational management team of a flagship division with a focus on land acquisition, entitlement, and development. Steve aims to drive land objectives predictability and grow the community count, lot acquisitions, and lot paving.

Steve Hahn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, where they studied Engineering and Architecture from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they hold a Professional Engineer certification in Arizona and has obtained a Real Estate License from Arizona REALTORS®.
