Andrew Trietley

Andrew Trietley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and coaching. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition at KB Home since January 2024, Andrew has also founded and operates P2i Real Estate, a consulting firm established in 2009. From 2015 to 2023, Andrew worked as an Asset Manager at Ventana Capital and previously held the position of Vice President of Land at Lennar from 2013 to 2015. Andrew has a strong coaching background, serving as a Coach at Outlaws Lacrosse Academy since 2014 and holding various coaching roles at Ponderosa High School from 2018 to 2024. Early career highlights include positions as a Partner at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan, Director of Land at KB Home, a Senior Project Engineer at Corning Incorporated, and a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Andrew holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.
