Kristy O’carz

Joining Taylor Oswald in 2022, with focus on supporting the financial structure and growth of Taylor Oswald, Kristy provides value-added analysis to clients and upholds vision and growth strategies.

A graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at The Monte Ahuja College of Business, Cleveland State University, she is also a member of the CSU EMBA Alumni Board. She has previously held leadership roles in operations and finance in various sales, service, and manufacturing companies.

Kristy currently serves as the President of the Perry High Athletic Booster Board, including chairing scholarship and annual golf outing committees.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Ursuline College and Associates Degree from Lakeland Community College.
