Randell McShepard

In his post, Mr. McShephard is primarily responsible for coordinating external and governmental affairs for the company. An active community and corporate leader, Mr. McShepard is currently serving on several boards in Northeast Ohio including Baldwin-Wallace University, St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, The George Gund Foundation and Taylor Oswald LLC. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of PolicyBridge, a public policy think tank serving the Northeast Ohio region, and is currently serving as a Regional Vice Chairman for the Public Affairs Steering Committee of the National Association of Manufacturers. In May of 2015, he was elected President of The Union Club of Cleveland.
