Abigail joined Taylor Rose MW in the Spring of 2021 as a Key Account Administrator within the New Business team and has since moved up to Key Account Executive.

Abigail has almost 10 years of experience in customer service and brings with her excellent communication and administration skills.

Focusing on client satisfaction and quick problem-solving, Abigail ensures that the client's journey is a pleasant and efficient experience from the beginning of their process to the end.

Abigail oversees the new instructions and files passed over from one of the largest panels, ensuring that files are created and the legal process can begin in a timely manner.
