Trushit Nashikkar

Trushit Nashikkar, MBA has a strong background in materials and quality management. From 2018 to the present, they have been serving as the Vice President of Materials and Quality at Taylor-Wharton America. Prior to this, they held various roles at the company, including Director of Global Program Management & QC, Director of Program Management and QC, and Lean Manufacturing and Welding Engineering Manager. In these roles, Trushit demonstrated their skills in sales and operations planning, cost reduction, project management, and process improvement, achieving significant cost savings and increasing production capacity.

Before joining Taylor-Wharton America, Trushit worked at INOXCVA from 2012 to 2018 as a Welding Engineering Manager. Trushit successfully managed welding quality, led cross-functional teams in cost reduction initiatives, and advised on technological advancements that resulted in improved efficiency and reduced repairs.
