Phil Skegg

Phil Skegg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and highways sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Taylor Woodrow since January 2022 and the Group Commercial Director at Eurovia UK Ltd since December 2017, Phil also holds the position of Managing Director for Eurovia Contracting. Additionally, Phil has been a Board Director, Board Chair, and Operations Director at Ringway Jacobs since 2008, overseeing various highways contracts across the UK with an annual turnover of approximately £200 million. Phil's career began at Ringway from 2003 to 2007, where responsibilities included roles as Contract Agent, Operations Manager, and Contract Manager.
