Matt Dunmore

Matt Dunmore currently serves as the Head of Engineering and Facilities at Taylors Snacks since March 2023, following a similar role at Bayne's the Family Bakers from May 2015 to March 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of the Engineering team and reporting to Managing Directors. Prior experience includes serving as an Ambassador for Scottish Adventure, focusing on adventure design for members, and as Group Engineering Manager at QVfoods, where Matt managed capital projects and engineering strategy across multiple sites. Additional roles encompass General Manager at Effectus Engineering, Engineering Development Manager at Taypack Potatoes Limited, UK Technical Manager at Brains in Motion (UK) Limited, and Engineering and Project Manager at Fenmarc Produce Ltd. Matt holds a Diploma in Digital Application Support from the Scottish Qualifications Authority and has further educational experiences at Cranfield University and Wisbech Grammar School.
